The Company, providing you services through this Website is ICANPRENEUR, a Limited Liability Company, incorporated and existing under the Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Register and the Register of NPLE at the Registry Agency under UIC 206693773, with seat and registered office in Republic of Bulgaria, city of Sofia 1729, Mladost district, r.e. Personal data received from the “Join now” Section in the Website - When you contact us through our contact form, via email, we will collect, store and process the personal data you provide us with, including, but not limited to your full name, country of residence, email address and job title in order to provide the assistance you need.
We shall use your personal data to inform you via email about any developments on our projects, to present to you our services and to request your opinion on topics related to our products and services.

The term for storing your data if you have contacted us through our contact form is 3 years in order to facilitate the communication and assist you in all matters.

Within these tools, we do not have the ability to recognize the individuals whose data is generated. However, this information can be personalized by Google and affect the content Google shows you. For more information and deactivation of certain features, you should use the settings of the Google platform, as we have no control over it and we cannot block its functionalities.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Please keep in mind that when your requests are clearly unreasonable or excessive, in particular because of their repeatability, we can:
