Export your work

Icanpreneur lets you export your key startup artifacts so you can use them outside the platform — in reports, investor updates, client deliverables, or just to keep an archive.

What you can export​

  • Canvas — your current Lean Canvas
  • Buyer Personas — each persona you have built
  • Research reports — summaries of your research and findings

Export format​

Exports are generated in Markdown, a plain-text format that works well across tools. You can paste it directly into Notion, Google Docs, or any editor that supports Markdown, convert it to PDF, or include it in a document or presentation.

Each export includes useful context alongside the artifact content:

  • Export date
  • A source link back to the artifact in Icanpreneur
  • Customer segment (where relevant)
  • Evidence base and related research (where relevant)

How to export​

Open the artifact you want to export — Canvas, a Buyer Persona, or a Research report — and click the download button in that view. The file will download to your device.

What exports are useful for​

  • Sharing your current direction with investors, advisors, or collaborators who are not in the platform
  • Creating internal reports or client deliverables
  • Keeping archive snapshots so you can compare how your thinking has evolved
  • Supporting audits or reviews that require a record of your startup direction at a point in time
