Use Feedback inside Icanpreneur

If you want to report a bug, share feedback, or suggest an improvement, use the Feedback panel inside the product – the smiley face in the top right corner.

You can use it to:

  • share something you like
  • report something you do not like
  • send a suggestion
  • report a bug

You can also add a description and upload an image to provide more context.

If you need help with your account, subscription, AppSumo deal, credits, or anything that blocks your progress, contact us directly at support@icanpreneur.com.

Before you reach out

To help us assist you faster, include:

  • a short description of the issue or question
  • the startup workspace involved, if relevant
  • what you were trying to do
  • what happened instead
  • screenshots or recordings, if helpful
